Generic Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Do not accept the courier if it in open condition. If you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full, minus any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning items you will be liable for the Courier Costs + Taxes. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.Also the Items below INR 500 could not be refund.
NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN
Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse team, we will email to let you know. If you do not receive an email from us within 28 days, please contact Customer Service and we will look into this for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
